We have an appreciation of being effective with all of our resources. Seeing the need for energy efficiency in our communities we search for ways to implement programs that will make a difference to the existing structures that were not designed with the efficient methods that are available today.

In 2006 we made a conscience decision to be intimately involved in “Planning for Our Future”, a campaign as President of the Riverside Building Industry Association, Lou Ochoa promoted quality construction projects that consider water conservation with participation at Metropolitan Water District, the “Be Water Wise” program and Riverside County Ordinance 859 program for new home developments.

This was also integrated into the California Green Building program, which supports energy efficient construction practices and recycling of construction materials. As well, we have also been involved in solutions to support the environment and the Riverside County MSHCP, a long term plan to sustain habitat in Riverside County.
